aberaat global is a sourcing, consulting, and logistics coordination business. Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, we act as a sourcing and advisory intermediary and do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship physical goods ourselves. This policy explains how and when you receive each type of service after payment.

Consulting & Advisory Services
After purchase, our team will contact you by email within 1 business day to schedule your consultation call or session, regardless of your location or time zone. No physical shipment is involved.

Sourcing & Search Services
(Business Sourcing, Industrial Materials Sourcing, Custom Vehicle Search, Auction Vehicle Sourcing, Container Sourcing.) We begin research within 1-2 business days of purchase and deliver our findings — supplier options, vehicle matches, or container options — by email, typically within the timeframe stated on the individual service page. Delivery is a written report/summary, not a physical shipment.

Coordination & Booking Services
(Container Booking Assistance, Full Logistics Coordination, Custom Logistics Project, Dealer Negotiation, Shipping Quote & Route Planning, Freight Comparison.) We coordinate directly with third-party carriers, dealers, or service providers on your behalf and keep you updated by email at each milestone (e.g. quote received, booking confirmed, negotiation outcome). Any physical movement of goods or vehicles is carried out by the third-party carrier or provider we coordinate with, under their own shipping and delivery terms — not by aberaat global directly.

Vehicle Inspection & Documentation Review
We schedule the inspection with a third-party inspector and/or complete the documentation review, then deliver our findings and recommendations by email, typically within the timeframe stated on the service page.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once we begin work on your order.

If Aberaat Global Ships a Physical Product
If a specific listing involves a physical product, that product page will state so explicitly, and it will ship with delivery times of approximately 5-7 business days. Any duties, import fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
