Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

aberaat global is a services company. We provide business sourcing, consulting, vehicle sourcing/purchase assistance, container sourcing/booking, and logistics coordination services. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship physical goods ourselves. Because each service is delivered differently, refund and cancellation terms are set out below by service category.

1. Consulting & Advisory Services
Includes: Vehicle Sourcing Consultation, US Shipping Consultation, Vehicle Shipping Consultation, Logistics & Freight Consulting, and similar single-session consultations.
- Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation.
- No refund once the consultation has taken place, as the advisory work has been delivered.

2. Sourcing & Search Services
Includes: Business Sourcing Service, Industrial Materials Sourcing, Custom Vehicle Search, Auction Vehicle Sourcing, Container Sourcing Service, and similar research/search services.
- Full refund if cancelled before we begin active sourcing/search work (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
- Once sourcing work has started, the fee covers the time and resources already spent researching and compiling options; fees are non-refundable for options, quotes, or supplier/vehicle matches already delivered to the customer.
- If we are unable to identify any suitable match after completing the search, we will offer a partial refund or credit toward another service, at our discretion.

3. Coordination & Booking Services
Includes: Container Booking Assistance, Full Logistics Coordination, Custom Logistics Project, Dealer Negotiation Service, Shipping Quote & Route Planning, Freight Comparison Service.
- Full refund if cancelled before we contact any third-party carrier, dealer, or service provider on your behalf.
- Once we have engaged a third party (e.g. requested a quote, submitted a booking, or begun negotiation) on your behalf, the portion of the fee corresponding to that work is non-refundable.
- Any deposits or fees already paid to third-party carriers, dealers, or providers on your behalf are governed by that third party's own terms and are non-refundable through us.

4. Vehicle Inspection & Documentation Review
Includes: Vehicle Inspection & History Review and similar inspection/documentation services.
- Full refund if cancelled before an inspection or documentation review has been scheduled or initiated.
- Non-refundable once an inspection has been scheduled with a third-party inspector or the documentation review has been completed.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Email us at k.almutairi1110@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm what stage the service is at and let you know the applicable refund, if any, within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations
Regardless of service category, fees are non-refundable where: the service has been substantially or fully delivered, the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information that prevented us from completing the service, or the customer simply changes their mind after work has begun.

Physical Products
If aberaat global ever sells a physical product, returns for that item are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original packaging; contact us to start a return.
